The new Digital Springboard programme launched by MENTA, on behalf East Suffolk Council, offers free digital support to businesses in East Suffolk who may need help with creating or improving their website, online shop or social media presence.
Offering a range of help & support to businesses like yours in East Suffolk, the new Digital Springboard will be a welcome boost and support offer for businesses looking to pivot following the pandemic and needing extra support to develop their digital ambitions and engagements.
The entirely free service offers an extensive range of online digital resources, 1-2-1 business support, access to bookable online workshops from digital trainers, as well as signposting to other forms of support including access to grants which support digital growth. The programme is available to all East Suffolk businesses, regardless of whatever stage you and your businesses are at on your digital journey.
The service has been developed as a business support offer within the East Suffolk ‘Digital Towns’ project. The project has a core theme of ‘digital place making’ and aims to support town centres across the district with the installation of East Suffolk Free WiFi with accompanying data analytics.
This ambitious programme has been funded by the New Anglia LEP’s Innovative Projects Fund, the Getting Building Fund and East Suffolk Council internal funding.
